Is this course suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. The course starts from zero and assumes no previous voice-over experience. You don't need to know how to record, edit, or sell voice-over services before you begin.

Do I need to buy anything before starting the course?
No. You can start the course without a microphone, audio interface, recording software, or any other professional equipment. The equipment module will help you understand what you need when you're ready to start recording professionally.

Is the course in Arabic or English?
The course is delivered in Arabic, with English and Arabic scripts used throughout the training and practical exercises where relevant.

Equipment & Recording

Do I need professional equipment to take the course?
No. You do not need any professional equipment to take this course.

When I started working as a voice-over artist, I had access to a professional recording studio, but I didn't own the equipment myself. I used studio facilities when I had work, and eventually, as I earned more, I invested in my own setup.

Today, my setup includes a TZ Stellar X2 microphone, SSL 2 audio interface, Ableton Live 12, and iZotope RX 12.

The course teaches you what the different pieces of equipment do, what actually matters, and how to make smart choices at different budgets. If you don't have the budget for a home setup yet, renting a professional studio when you get a job is a completely valid way to start.

However, if your goal is to become a working professional voice-over artist, you will eventually need reliable access to professional recording equipment, whether that's your own setup or a studio you rent.

My advice: don't rush to buy expensive gear just because you think you need it. Learn first, start working, understand your needs, and invest as your career grows.

Do I need an expensive microphone?
No. You need the right microphone, not necessarily the most expensive one.

I started with a Shure SM7B, a dynamic microphone, and eventually moved to the TZ Stellar X2, a condenser microphone, as my setup and needs evolved. Condenser microphones can capture a high level of detail and nuance, which can be useful for voice-over, but the best microphone for you depends on your voice, your recording environment, and your budget.

That's why the course includes a dedicated module on microphones, audio interfaces, recording software, and studio equipment. Rather than telling you to buy one expensive setup, I'll teach you what to look for so you can make an informed decision based on your needs and budget.

Can I become a professional voice artist after taking this course?
The course is designed to give you the skills, knowledge, and practical foundation to pursue professional voice-over work. But completing a course alone doesn't create a professional career. Your results will depend on how consistently you practice, apply what you learn, build your portfolio, find clients, and continue improving.
